Here is the simple checklist of everything the designer will need:
1. Visual Assets (The Look)
* **High-Resolution Photos:**

* *Live shots:* Action photos from concerts.
* *Atmospheric shots:* Photos of gear, instruments, or the city they are from.
* **Logo Files:** The band logo in a high-quality format (preferably `.png` with a transparent background or `.svg` vector file).
* **Color Palette:** If the band has specific colors they use for merch or album art, provide those hex codes (e.g., #FF5733).
2. The Copy (The Words)
* **The Bio:**
* A short version (1 paragraph) for the homepage.
* A long version (full story) for the "About" page.
* **EPK (Electronic Press Kit) details:** High-level achievements, notable venues played, or press quotes.
* **Contact Info:** Who should the booking agent or press contact? (Email/Phone).

* **Hosting:** If they already paid for hosting, the login credentials.
* **Mailing List:** If they use Mailchimp or similar, the API key or login to integrate the sign-up form.
**Pro Tip for the Band:** Put all of this into a **Google Drive folder** or **Dropbox** and share the link with the designer. This prevents things from getting lost in email threads.
